Company History & Philosophy
Valor Charters LLC was created to deliver a different kind of dive operation in South Florida, one built on preparation, professionalism, and accountability rather than volume or shortcuts.
Why Valor Was Created
The company was formed out of the real-world experience gained through Valhalla Divers LLC, which serves as the training and standards foundation of the ecosystem. Over time, it became clear there was a gap between how divers are trained and how diving is often executed on charter vessels. Valor Charters exists to close that gap.
The Valhalla–Valor Ecosystem
Where Valhalla Divers focuses on developing competent, confident, and ethical divers, Valor Charters is where that training is applied at sea. The two companies operate together intentionally: one builds the diver, the other delivers the experience in real maritime conditions.
A Full-Service Dive Concierge Model
Valor Charters was built to function as a full-service dive concierge, allowing guests to coordinate their diving in South Florida through one structured operation. This includes recreational diving, training dives, spearfishing, lobstering, lionfish hunting, conservation-focused experiences, and custom multi-day itineraries.
Rather than placing divers into rigid schedules, the team works with each guest to design experiences around their goals, ability level, and prevailing conditions.
Supporting entities within the ecosystem include Jupiter Scuba, which provides equipment logistics and operational support, and Healing Through Buoyancy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on veteran outreach, adaptive programs, and community-based dive initiatives.
Together, these entities allow Valor Charters to operate with depth and consistency while presenting a seamless experience to guests.

Nathan Campbell
Founder & Lead Instructor
Nathan is the founder of both Valhalla Divers and Valor Charters. He is a PADI and SDI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) and has extensive experience in diver education, charter operations, and complex dive planning. His background emphasizes calm leadership, disciplined preparation, and conservative decision-making in real-world conditions. Nathan oversees training standards, operational alignment between Valhalla and Valor, and the overall guest experience across the ecosystem.

David Crocetti
Partner
David is a core partner in Valor Charters and brings operational, maritime, and business experience to the organization. His role focuses on vessel operations, execution at sea, and ensuring that the charter side of the business reflects the same standards and professionalism established through training. David’s involvement ensures continuity between planning, execution, and guest safety.

Instructional & Operations Team
Valor Charters also works with experienced instructors, spearfishing specialists, and vessel captains who operate across the Valhalla–Valor ecosystem. Detailed instructor biographies, credentials, and training backgrounds are maintained through Valhalla Divers and integrated directly into Valor Charters operations. As the company grows, additional crew and instructors are carefully added to ensure consistency in standards and the guest experience.
