Safety is not an add-on. It is the structure behind every decision we make on the water. From dive site selection to entry procedures and surface intervals, every step follows a deliberate, conservative framework. Planning happens before departure, expectations are set before entry, and supervision continues throughout the experience.

How We Operate
All operations follow a safety-first framework, including structured planning, clear communication, and professional supervision. Dives are planned to be safe first, manageable second, and fun as a result.
Captain & Crew Authority
The vessel captain has full authority over dive site selection, weather assessment, and the modification or cancellation of dives. Safety decisions are never overridden by schedules, preferences, or pressure.
Guest Protection
Guests are never pressured to dive beyond their comfort or certification level. Dive plans may be adjusted based on conditions, experience, or individual readiness.
Diver Responsibilities
Divers must:
– Accurately represent their experience
– Follow crew instructions
– Dive within certification and personal limits
– Act responsibly toward the crew and fellow guests

Training, Spearfishing, & Special Activities
All specialized activities operate under the same safety standards, with additional oversight when required. Unsafe behavior results in immediate removal from the activity.
Equipment & Vessel Standards
Safety equipment is maintained onboard and inspected regularly. The crew may restrict the use of personal equipment deemed unsafe or inappropriate for conditions.
Environmental Responsibility
Divers are expected to maintain proper buoyancy, protect reef structures, and follow responsible diving practices at all times.
Emergency Preparedness
Procedures are in place for medical situations, lost divers, equipment failures, and changing weather conditions. The crew is trained to respond calmly, decisively, and in accordance with established protocols.
Zero-Tolerance Policies
No intoxication, reckless behavior, harassment, or disregard for crew instruction is permitted.
